To reserve Cathy's condo, first check availability by checking the on -line calendar for Puamana 136-1.
If the dates you want are available, send an email to Cathy at: cathy@garnetproperties.com
Provide her with your name, the number of people in your party, (max 8people), the desired check in and check out dates and any questions.
Cathy needs 3 nights deposit to hold your desired dates. She will hold your space for 7 days while awaiting your deposit. The deposit should be in the form of a personal/business check (unprinted checks are not accepted), money order or cashiers check in US dollars only (we are not able to accept credit cards at this time). Following receipt of your deposit, Cathy will send you confirmation in writing via US mail. The balance of payment and a $500. refundable security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival, except for the Holiday Season, when final balances are due 60 days in advance, at which time you will be sent a key to the home, a map and gate code for entry.

Cancellation Policy

As you know, this location in Puamana is in high demand. Families make plans and reserve years in advance. Because of the popularity of Puamana, Cathy is forced to turn many potential guests away. Consequently, all payments are nonrefundable after final payment due date unless space is resold. If your plans change and you need to modify or cancel your reservations, contact Cathy as soon as possible by phone (510)414-0870 or email cathy@garnetproperties.comso that she can rebook your reserved space and return your deposit and final payment. Providing that she is able to rebook the space, all funds will be returned except a $150. handling and rebooking fee. No refunds are made for unused nights regardless of cause. All reservations are subject to change or cancellation due to conditions beyond Cathy's control such as but not limited to labor strife and acts of God.
